Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are representing a rapidly expanding commercial general construction company based in Orlando, FL, focusing primarily on projects in the car wash, petroleum, restaurant, retail, and self-storage industries across the southeast. (project sizes range from 2-20+M)
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of multiple ground-up and renovation projectsBudgeting and pre-construction planningCoordinate permitsNegotiate and buy-out subcontractorsCreate and manage project schedulesManage submittalsInteract with customersHandle customer invoicing and change order managementFinancial management including profit and loss (P&L)Ensure quality controlCoordinate with field superintendents for project successComplete punch-listsClose-out projects
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft ProjectStrong organization and communication skillsResidency in central Florida
