Seeking a Project Manager with AHCA experience for healthcare construction projects & Commercial General Construction. Responsible for project management from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with AHCA/State/Federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial/healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and guidelines.Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.Minimum 5 years of commercial/healthcare construction experience within Commercial/Healthcare & AHCA projects.AHCA Healthcare Construction Supervisor License preferred.Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
