WSFS Bank is currently seeking Seasonal Tellers for the 2024 Summer season. The Seasonal Teller will be responsible for providing customer service to our customers, handling cash and coin, and processing customers' transactions in a friendly, accurate and timely manner. The Seasonal Teller will comply with Bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory banking requirements.

This position will support a banking office in the Valley Forge Region of Pennsylvania.

This is a full-time 40 hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule with 2-3 Saturdays per month being required. This schedule can change at any time based upon business needs. The hired candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa, such as an H-1B visa. WSFS Bank does not intend to file any visa applications in connection with this opening.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous cash handling experience is required.Must have prior face-to-face customer service experience.Must have proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.Must understand and be able to travel to a variety of Bank Office locations.Must be able to work from May/June through August/September.Must have basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office and banking software. Must have reliable transportation.Must be available for virtual/in-person interviews and training.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
