Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Program Enterprise Agile Coach - Consultant, based in Chicago, IL. As an on-site consultant, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our clients in adopting Agile methodologies and practices at an enterprise level. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing expertise in Agile transformations, facilitating workshops and trainings, conducting assessments and audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
QualificationsProven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale Agile transformationsStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSSExcellent facilitation and communication skills to guide and influence stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of Agile principles and practices and ability to tailor approaches to fit organizational contextExperience in coaching teams and individuals in Agile mindset and practicesAbility to identify and address organizational impediments to Agile adoption and successCertifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
