Senior Estimator Location: Las Vegas, NVSalary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year BOEType: Full-time XL Concrete Masonry LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. Specializing in commercial and industrial concrete projects, we are committed to delivering excellence and innovative solutions in the construction industry. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the accurate analysis and pricing of construction projects, contributing directly to the strategic growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities:Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects.Perform takeoff overlaying to ensure accurate and complete bid process.Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist in the selection process.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather detailed information necessary for accurate estimates.Utilize industry-specific software for takeoff and estimation processes to ensure precise and competitive bidding.Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications, while adhering to contractual obligations. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Studies or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the commercial and industrial concrete industry.Proficient in using On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Office, and Box.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
