XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is now hiring Account Relationship Managers for the following areas: Irving, and Mesquite.
Job Summary:We are seeking motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. We are a dynamic staffing company with multiple offices all over DFW and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:-Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.-Identify and evaluate the potential staffing needs of clients and match their requirements with our available resources.-Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.-Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients.-Attend networking events and other industry events to develop new business leads.-Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:-Proven track record of success in staffing sales with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.-Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.-A deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.-A consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.-Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.-A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.-A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
