Position: Assembly Line SupervisorPay: $25.00+ (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM

Position Description:Assemble fabricated parts, create daily work schedules, follow standard manufacturing procedures, and monitor work to meet product specifications and production targets. Manage and oversee all operations activities; ensure that all operations functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established operations procedures and requirements.Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivate a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership.Prepare all required reports and correspondence.Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.Keep up to date on the overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation.Participate in reviewing candidates, hiring, and supporting centralized training out of the Plano facility or all Assembly technicians.Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivate a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and self-confidence.Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of the Assembly department.Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Work with HR on discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field or equivalent preferred.Four to Five years of related manufacturing experience or equivalent.Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Must be able to read & speak in English. Must have a valid driver’s license.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
