📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Commercial Equipment Mechanic with small engine experience in Austin. You will be reporting directly to the Project Management Team!About the Job:Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pmSchedule: Monday through Friday (Saturdays will be on-call as business requires)Pay Rate: 50K-70K Depending on experienceMust be able to perform the following tasks:· Work on Compact Motors, Mini-Excavators, Ride-On Trenchers· Various Commercial Landscape Equipment (backpack blowers, weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, chain saws etc.)· MUST PROVIDE OWN TOOLS· Coordinating with the foreman on each site to ensure minimal disruption to business· Coordinating with the internal management team to ensure equipment is in working condition· Report directly to the Project Manager· Computer skills preferred, but not required· Daily Driving Required- travel to check multiple commercial sites dailyRequired Qualifications:· Communication· Commercial Equipment mechanic & maintenance experience required· Valid Texas Driver's License (CDL Preferred), with a CLEAR DRIVING RECORD· Prior knowledge of driving trucks, trailers, and hauling equipment on trailerInterviews- The hiring manager is open to interviewing candidates on Wednesdays late morning.Benefits:· Yearly tool stipend provided· Jeans & Shirts provided· Position is Temporary to Permanent· Health Insurance· Dental Insurance· 401K
