Position: Control Wiring Line SupervisorPay: $25.00+ (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM
Position Description
Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Create daily work schedules, follow standard manufacturing procedures, and monitor work to meet product specifications and production targets. Manage and oversee all operations activities; ensure that all operations functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established operations procedures and requirements. Perform assembly as required. Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping with assigned functions. Monitor the quality of work performed by electricians and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Train electrical staff, including on-the-spot coaching, when identifying opportunities for improvement.Ensure that work is performed safely and that proper use of PPE is adhered to in the area.
Position Requirements:Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.In-depth knowledge of industry regulations. Proficiency in computers and office software. Superb leadership skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Must be able to read & speak in English Must have a valid driver’s license.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
