Technical Warehouse Specialist Location: Colony, TX
Pay: $60,000-$100,000Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Possible OT & weekends available)
Position Overview: They will repair units/machines, offer guidance during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and provide essential service support. In addition, they will assist with fulfilling customer demo requests and offer technical support for the Texas region.
Position Description:Repair units/machines efficiently and accurately to meet quality standards.Offer service support, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to maintain optimal performance.Fulfill customer demo requests and showcase product features and benefits.Provide technical assistance & and operational training for customers in the Texas region.
Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in repair or service machinery of unitsMust have AWP(Aerial Work Platform) repair experienceBasic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.Minimum of 5 years experience working with MEWP and telehandlers.Basic competence in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.Must have tools required to repair and maintain construction equipment.Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
