Senior Technical Security Supervisor Pay: $85,000 - $145,000 (DOE)Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (OT and weekends as required).Dress Code: Smart Casual

Position Overview:They will be under the direction of the Physical Security Manager; the incumbent will monitor and troubleshoot the technical security systems.Position Description:Manage the factory internal video surveillance systems, access control systems, intrusion alarm systems, visitor registration systems, patrol systems, parking systems, and emergency response equipment, ensuring that facilities and equipment are in good condition.Proficient in the operating principles of the above equipment and understanding how to repair and supervise troubleshooting.Responsible for operation manuals for internal security facilities and their relevant training.Construct and maintain the US factory security data network and the US regional security SOC center.Prepare and implement the factory security facility management system and handle related business in strict accordance with the security facility procedures.Establish factory area security facilities and equipment files, and organize regular inspections and updates; responsible for the daily work management of the base and factory area material outflow process.Provide professional and forward-looking opinions or suggestions on the location and methods of factory monitoring and security systems.Plan and design various projects related to factory security.Responsible for regular data maintenance and backup of the company's security system.

Position Requirements:Minimum of Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in security facilities and/ or intelligent construction management, computer, or electronics-related majors.Familiar with the systems and related products of mainstream American security manufacturers.Familiar with the installation, debugging operation, and maintenance of security equipment.Ability to plan, design, and manage security systems.Familiar with the products and maintenance of network equipment, routing and switching configuration, and passed Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification.Proficient in office software and familiar with drawing software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift a minimum of 15-15 lbs.Must be able to walk and or sit for extended periods of time.
