Position Title: Traffic CoordinatorLocation: Irving, TX
Starting Pay:$16.50 per hour (increases after 90 days; Temp to Perm)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, proficient in Excel, and preferably have experience with Bill of Lading (BOL). Forklift Standup experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products.- Utilize computer systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records.- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (BOL experience preferred).- Operate forklifts (Standup) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Prior experience with Bill of Lading (BOL) is an asset.- Forklift Standup experience preferred; willingness to train if no experience.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Willingness to work overtime as required.
