Strategic Partnership Operations Intern

We're hiring a Strategic Partnership Operations Intern to join Xsolla and contribute to the success of our strategic partnerships initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our partnerships team, managing projects and operations that drive growth and collaboration with key partners. Responsibilities

Support the partnerships team in managing strategic partnership projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesAssist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress using project management tools and systemsCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute partnership initiatives effectively, including product development, marketing campaigns, and integration projectsAssist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and completenessSupport the development and optimization of partnership processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyAssist in maintaining documentation and records related to partnership agreements, project deliverables, and performance metricsContribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the partnerships operations team

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to successful completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project execution and documentationPrevious experience in project management, operations, or partnerships is a plus but not requiredMust be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited universityEntrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible

$17.50 - $17.50 an hour
