📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Intern to join Xsolla and dive into the world of influencer marketing. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This internship offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing strategy, execution, and analysis within the gaming industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers, content creators, and streamers within the gaming community who align with Xsolla's brand and target audienceCoordinate and manage influencer partnerships from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met and partnerships are executed effectivelyCollaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, content calendars, and campaign assets for influencer collaborationsMonitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using tracking metrics and analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI
Requirements
Eager to learn about Influencer MarketingFamiliarity with streaming sites (ex: Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, etc)Understand gaming industry and trends Knowledge of CRM and campaign management softwaresCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audienceDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsMust be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited universityEntrepreneurial mindset and highly flexible
$17.50 - $17.50 an hour
