Summer Intern - External Affairs/Sustainability

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Summer Internship in our Kennesaw and Marietta, GA offices. This internship is a great hands-on experience and provides a great deal of personal and professional development! This intern will be responsible for completing projects assigned by management and Human Resources.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to

Attend company functions and networking eventsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksProvides support in functional areas of assigned department, which will include individual projects for professional and personal developmentWorking closely with team members to provide Value in various areas of the organization

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in or related to Sustainability, PolSci or related field, Service Tech/Planning Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program as an undergraduate studentProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Must be at least 18 years of ageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed and able to work with minimal supervisionEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Availability

This internship program typically lasts 12 weeksPosition hours are typically 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday (37.5 hours)Must have reliable transportationThis is a paid internship.Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Housing and Relocation are not provided for this opportunity.
