Job Description • Manage and develop sales plans and initiatives for YASH Services, like SAP New Software License sales, AMS (application management services) and Implementation services in the Midwest.• Be an extension of the SAP inside sales organization• Research prospective target accounts with SAP/Oracle/ERP Sales, evaluate customer needs, and work with the YASH organization to assign resources to meet customer needs and close business• Use all inter-company resources needed to support all business development activities with SAP and your own• Use all inter-company and SAP resources needed to develop prospect proposals, product presentations, and closing of License and Services sales engagements• Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies• Work closely with marketing and the sales team to develop promotional communications• Manage complex product demonstrations and product demos for potential software implementations• Work closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Marketing to meet customers' technical specifications and answer complex product delivery questions• Evaluate and summarize all sales activity reports, identifying successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information/issues, and any follow-up action required• Maintain knowledge of new products features, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends by reading pertinent product material and consulting with technical personnel
