Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Executive Director at YMCA of Southwest Florida in Venice, FL. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff and volunteers, developing and implementing programs, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, promoting the YMCA's mission, and representing the organization in the community.
Qualifications Strong leadership and management skillsExperience in non-profit management and strategic planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen and budget management skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with community partnersKnowledge of youth development and healthy living initiativesExperience in program development and implementationBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Nonprofit Management)Experience working in a YMCA or similar organization is a plus
