Top Skills Should You Possess:Experience in a Healthcare SettingExcellent Customer Service and Data Entry SkillsWhat You’ll Be Doing:Responsible for greeting patients in person or on the phone and driving a positive patient customer service experience.Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Responsible for maintaining continuity among work.Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Perform other duties as required.What You Need to Bring to the Table:High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Customer Service related experience strongly preferred.CPR Certification preferred.
