📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Safety Construction Coordinator (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client in Liberty, NC.
Pay Rate: $55/hr
ONSITE
What You’ll Be Doing:Work with contractors to implement construction safety management system & other safety requirements on construction sites.Provide safety leadership for new construction including mechanical & electrical equipment installation.Conduct formal safety audit of activities related to construction and mechanical & electrical equipment installation.Review contractor JSA's to confirm completeness & accuracy of work being performed.Required:5+ years of experienceSafety engineering degree is not required but considered a plus.OSHA 30 and OSHA 510Experience working on construction projects with multiple subtrades.Experience with various parts of construction: site/civil work, structural steel, electrical & mechanical.Experience reviewing and verifying JSA's developed by contractors.Proficient in Microsoft: PowerPoint & ExcelWhat’s In It For You?This is a unique opportunity to support our client; one of the world's largest automotive manufacturing companies.
