ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior AI Engineer, you will have the power to give life to in-game characters and mechanics by utilizing the skillsets you have acquired. We are looking for such a person to help us develop related AI systems and improve the immersive experience for our game projects. Come and join at the very early stage our unannounced AAA game project in Los Angeles.What You’ll Be Doing:Design and implement AI systems and features for characters or vehicles;Analyze feature requests for viability, design completeness and risks;Optimize and extend the existing AI systems;Maintain and extend documentation on AI features and systems.

QualificationsWe Expect You To Have:Bachelor degree or above, preferably in computer science or related field;Over 5 years’ work experience as an AI engineer with shipped AAA titles;Experience with pathfinding or AI movement and behaviors;Experience solving complex vehicle AI navigation, steering, route planning, etc;Strong C/C++ development skills;Strong math skills, knowledge of vectors, matrices, and linear algebra;Excellent problem-solving ability;Passion for playing and creating cutting edge video game experiences.

Additional InformationThis is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (currently hybrid because of pandemic);Current working hours: Monday – Friday, 11am – 8pm Pacific Time (including one-hour break);Salary depending on experience.
