Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention across both paid and organic channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other partners, to align growth initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies leveraging a multi-channel marketing strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our marketing strategy with business objectives.Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, affiliates, and partners to extend our reach and impact.Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and optimize our marketing efforts.Create compelling content and campaigns.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Senior Growth Marketer in a B2C technology companyDemonstrated success in growing product adoption of innovative software solutions on web and mobile.Extensive knowledge of experiential marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, community-based marketing, and influencer marketing.Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive initiatives from ideation to implementation.Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to operate in a startup environment and scale a growth marketing function.
