About the RoleThe Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of YZ Productions. This dynamic and results-driven role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all aspects of business operations, personnel management, and production. The Operations Manager will serve on a company’s leadership team to oversee the performance, efficiencies and satisfaction of employees. They analyze the company’s organizational process and find ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity. Operations Managers build operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly. The Impact You’ll Make | Essential Responsibilities Running the daily operations of the productionConduct Daily Meetings with the Production Team Guide, direct, and train service staff, maintaining a productive work environment that promotes loyalty and dedicationEnsure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, processes and best practicesPurchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiencyHelp the organization’s processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use it to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecastsPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIsRecruit, train and supervise staff About YOU! | KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementExperience budgeting and forecastingPrevious Production Experience preferably in the Youtube SpaceExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityOutstanding organizational skills The base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
