About the job:We are seeking an attorney who can be responsible for managing their own caseload from beginning to the end of a claim. The ideal candidate will have prior experience drafting demands, communicating and negotiating with insurance companies, drafting lawsuits, taking depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and preparing cases for trial. Prior plaintiff’s personal injury and/or trial experience is preferred but not required. Defense attorneys will be considered. Compensation is a combination of salary and bonus based on individual productivity, case origination, and case results. The base salary is dependent upon experience. The firm also provides health, dental and vision insurance. We are looking for a self-starter, who genuinely wants to help people, and has high standards of excellence. For the right candidate, equity can be discussed after a consideration of employment.
