What's the role?

The Service Delivery Specialist will possess versatile technical skills to effectively support end users in alignment with the region's Service Delivery standards. This role serves as the primary liaison for all ZEISS business group users within the Service Delivery region, ensuring a consistently high level of user satisfaction.

Here's what you'll do:

Configure, install, and maintain the desktop environment.Perform first-level break-fix troubleshooting on Windows-based systems.Address and escalate local IT issues as necessary.Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) in service requests and escalate issues as needed.Monitor active issues and maintain communication with end users.Configure and troubleshoot iOS devices and mobile device management (MDM) for end users.Install, configure, and maintain peripherals as required.Provide remote end-user support for all business groups in the US/Canada region.Meet or exceed management-established goals.

Do you qualify?

Proficiency in performing hardware fixes and upgrades on desktop and laptop devices.Familiarity with Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, MS Office 365, and MS Teams.Capable of providing both in-person and remote end-user support with excellent customer service skills.Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Experience in efficiently troubleshooting local network environments.Understanding of Microsoft concepts such as DHCP and DNS.Experience with Service Now and TeamViewer is advantageous.Possession of Microsoft certifications relevant to the area of responsibility is a plus.
