Warehouse Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Foreman to join our team. As a Warehouse Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and leading a team of warehouse associates. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our warehouse.Duties:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in accordance with company standards- Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular cycle counts- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner- Monitor productivity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Implement and enforce safety regulations and proceduresSkills:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- Proficient in OSHA regulations and safety protocols- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesThis is an exciting opportunity at a large refrigerated warehouse near Downtown Tampa.
