We're seeking a a new team member to fill our Accountant position at our office in Centerville, OH.

Purpose of the Accountant The Accountant is responsible for accounting functions required for financial management and compliance to all applicable laws. The accountant will accurately and efficiently maintain and distribute financial records, payroll records, vendor payments and key dashboards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in analyzing and reporting financial data and will actively assist and communicate with business partners throughout the company regarding any financial or payroll research needed.
Essential Responsibilities of the AccountantMaintain the financial records of the company, including posting of journal entries, Update and analyze company and division “dashboards” on a weekly and monthly basisReview of vendor invoices and processing of paymentsProcess bi-weekly payrollPerform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements of the Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum of four years’ experience in an accountant roleAdvanced Excel experience (proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, etc.)Ability to pass criminal background check and credit check
