Job Description: As a Senior GenAI Engineer , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and enhance products and services.

Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of AI-driven applications, algorithms, and models.Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements and define project goals.Build and maintain scalable and reliable AI infrastructure, pipelines, and workflows.Implement best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI development and deployment.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and team members.Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).Extensive experience (8+ years) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience in deploying AI models in production environments and monitoring their performance.Certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields are a plus (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).
