Our team is looking for a Field Operations Specialist who isn’t afraid of working closely with real estate agents and internal teams to bring our product ambitions to life, which often means getting scrappy, moving fast, and finding opportunities to deliver great experiences to our customers. About The Role

As a Field Operations Specialist on our team, you will help operationalize product features, execute on go-to-market plans, and drive performance improvement across our partner network. Some examples of what you can expect:

Dive into data to identify, track, communicate, and improve real estate agent pain points Contribute to the development of operational processes to support product expansion for new partners and customers, collaborating with cross-functional teamsPartner with internal stakeholder teams to ensure customer questions and/or issues are troubleshooted, resolved, and learned fromCollaborate with Product Managers to analyze existing processes and create new templates, tools, and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency and success for real estate agent teamsIdentify, root-cause, and resolve customer-facing problems or issuesThink critically and creatively about improvements to existing processes and solutions to drive process improvement and optimizationSupport outstanding customer experiences and customer success as they engage with our products and servicesEngage in Ad-Hoc analysis as requested by business teams to quantify business opportunities associated with various product feature ideas

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $60,800.00 - $97,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
