What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Senior Talent Partner for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is partly remote with regular presence on the site.

How You'll Create Impact

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate. Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline. Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Your Background

6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
