Project Manager – Digital Content Production (on-site, Dallas, TX)

SummaryAs a Ziosk Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our digital content production projects. This includes overseeing the development of interactive applications, digital menus, and promotional content for our Ziosk tablets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, content creators, and UI/UX designers, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. This role requires someone with attention to detail and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities (on-site)Lead and manage digital content production projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, and schedules.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Ensure the alignment of project objectives with company goals and customer expectations.Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders regularly.Manage and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital content production or software development environment.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong technical background and experience working with Android-based devices.Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.Strong understanding of software project management and development lifecycle.Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders.Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

Preferred QualificationsExperience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.Technical background in software development or user experience (UX) design.Former software development experience is a plus.Experience working with interactive technologies in a customer-facing environment.
