This position will be responsible for coordinating equally with Sales, Service, Compliance and Operations. Overview:· Sales: o Prepare customer contracts and orders.o Work with sales team members on customer requirements for new orders.o Coordinate conversions of software at existing customer sites.o Works closely with Operations and Field Service to insure timely installation of products at customer sites.o Tracks orders through completion.o Works closely with legal on contracts including tracking outstanding items.o Enters orders into various systems after signing by customers.· Field Service: Coordination with customers and technician schedules.· Operations: Assistance with maintaining inventory, to include data entry of sales and purchase orders. · Timely Response to emails with team members, customers and vendors.
