📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Axiom Developer for the Regulatory Reporting TeamJersey City, NJ (Hybrid mode of working – 2 days a week from office) Contract Responsibilities:Working experience of regulatory reporting for US/APAC/EMEA regulators.Experience in solution implementation with Axiom scripting language.To have knowledge on Controller View objects like Data Sources, Data model, Aggregation, Shorthand, Portfolio, Modify models, Freeform, Tabular Reports etc.Proficient in Database SQL and PLSQL skills with Oracle DatabaseKnowledge of Unix and Control M is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in understanding of business requirements definition technical requirements process documentation and its end-to-end implementationTo work on the technical aspects of the project perform coding debug modify the source code based on specifications DEV, SIT, UAT Release and Change management processExperience in working in Agile projectsParticipates in Backlog grooming sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings Ownership and be accountable for the assigned project deliveries by proactively reaching out to various stakeholdersQuick starter in a fast-paced environment and very good communication skillsCertification in AxiomSL Controller View product is optional but highly preferredExperience of working on AXIOM V10 is preferred. Skills and experienceMinimum 3 years of development across Axiom Regulatory ToolExperience in Software Design & Development. Primarily working in the Data Warehousing & Regulatory Reporting area in the Banking and Finance domain.Experience with Axiom Controller View (v9 - must have & v10 - preferably) Regulatory Reporting tool.Good development experience in MAS610, MAS1003, BASEL III and LCR reportingExperience in UNIX shell scripting and application server maintenance with respect to file system spaces, memory, file backups, archival, purge activities. Application analysis, design, development, unit testing, integration, enhancement, and involved in complex support issues.Experience in Oracle RDBMS database (19c/12c/11g)Driving continuous improvement and a high-performance agile cultureHands-on development & delivery of the projects. Technical / Professional SkillsExperience of Axiom / RDBMS / UnixDevelopment across all objects on Axiom reportsStrong knowledge on Oracle and Unix
