Education and ExperienceYou'll need to have:Highschool diploma or GEDA technical aptitude Even better if you have:Associate degree in a technical field, such as HVACRRelevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Food ManufacturingExperience in capping or filling equipment Technical Skills and Competencies RequiredMechanical equipment repair experience is desirable. Previous experience or training in any of the following trades, electrical or mechanical are highly valued. If not, fear not…we'd love to teach you if you love to learn. Physical Position RequirementSAFELY work in an industrial environment using approved procedures, i.e., Lockout/Tagout, confined space, line break, right to know, PPE, etc., Have experience using hand and power tools…it's Maintenance, after all. Occasionally lift to 50 lbs.…never more. Work in areas that may be hot, cold, noisy, ultra-clean, or require additional PPE. May be exposed to temperature variations, prolonged standing, or walking. Valid drivers' license may be required.
