π Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Supply Chain Coordinator processes orders and assesses current inventory and demand levels to provide adequate support to the commercial operation flow. The person in this role anticipates changes in the supply chain and demand behavior and forecasts actions needed to timely respond and effectively handle changes.

Duties & Responsibilities:a strong business relationship with the Export department in Italy to update stock availability and follow up on shipments.a strong business relationship with warehouse vendors in the USA and abroad, reviews performance indicators, ensuring stock availability, and shipment follow-up.and maintains a strong business relationship with Customers, Distributors, and Purchasing agents and reviews Order Entry processing and follow-up on shipments.inventory re-stocking orders as recommended by the Head of Supply Chain, approved by the National Sales Director and the CFO.and maintains a log of orders processed and shipped.strong business relationship with Freight Forwarders.POs in the ERP system, track shipped orders, and report estimated arrival dates to the customers, manager, CFO, and sales team.in the creation of new product codes within the ERP system and update the pricing list as necessary.the receipt of purchase invoices pertaining to the Supply Chain department, submitting them for approval, and ensuring their accurate posting within the ERP systemcodes in VIP (IDIG), including details such as Brand, Product, Specifications, and Packageregularly with management about inventory issues, availability, working to reduce aged product.order reports to company management.weekly inventory reports to company management and field staff.duties as assigned by the Head of Supply Chain and CFO.
Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Preferred experience with ERP or inventory softwareExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Advanced in Microsoft Office Excel.Organized with attention to detail.Able to succeed in a changing environment.
Education & Experience:An Associate's or bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, General Business preferred, or equivalent work experience.Experience with Business Central or any similar ERP software preferred.Familiarity with VIP (IDIG) would be advantageous but not mandatory.2-plus years of supply chain/logistics experience is required.Knowledge of wine logistics a plus
