Duties

There is a back-up Training Coodinator opening on 1st shift. This position will require the ability to assist the Training Coordinator with orientation, and other training functions, as needed. Other duties may include:

Conduct and evaluate training programs,Facilitate initial training checklist completion and keep accurate and up-to-date training records,Serve as Ambassador for Elkay,Share passion for the company, our culture, and our business,Be a leader for quality and continuous improvement,Help new employees understand the importance of quality,Recognize quality processes and procedures that need to be simplified or improved and drive improvement, andRecognize safety and ergonomic issues that require improvement and drive improvement.

Requirements

Plant Experience – Over 12 months of assembly or fabrication experience Computer Experience: –Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Behavioral – Demonstrated ability in areas of teamwork, leadership, communication, problem solving, organization, flexibility, safety and quality.

Selection Process

The selection process will involve recommendations from leadership team members. Final candidates will be interviewed.
