Technical Business Analyst skilled at consulting with business and development staff to define requirements and processes for the Unemployment Insurance Tax Modernization project.

REQUIREMENTS:Involvement in prior technology implementations – 10 yearsLeading requirements gathering and validation with staff – 10 yearsDeveloping requirements documentation - Use Cases – 10 yearsTesting system functionality against requirements and specifications. – 10 yearsTraining staff on system functionality as developed. – 10 yearsProviding general technical assistance – 10 yearsExperience using Atlassian Suite – Jira, Confluence, etc Background in Finance/Accounting projects – 10 years
