We're seeking a highly skilled SCM Techno-Functional Data Transformation Analyst to join our team in a key strategic initiative. As a member of the Business Systems Implementation CORE project team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition to a new Workday system encompassing Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance (FIN), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
You'll be a great fit if you have:Workday Expertise: Strong experience with Workday SCM SaaS ERP implementation, specifically in Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, PAR Management, Inventory and Item Master Management, and Receipt to Delivery Management.Data Transformation Master: In-depth knowledge of data conversion, cleansing, and transformation processes with the ability to develop and execute scripts using tools like Excel, Access, SQL, and Python (adherence to GAAP principles is a must).Data Detective: Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies and anomalies, ensuring data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.Technical Translator: The ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Documentation Champion: A commitment to documenting data transformation processes and procedures for future reference.
We're looking for someone with:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in data mapping, analysis, transformation, and data quality.Foundational understanding of SCM functions and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills in formulas, functions, and macros).Familiarity with data manipulation tools like Access or SQL (preferred).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Healthcare experience (required).Premier data extraction experience (a plus).Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or a Master's degree in a related field (a plus).
